For a widget that is not showing, save the overlay in StreamElements, verify the Browser Source URL and dimensions in OBS, then refresh its cache and trigger a test event.

Never share your overlay URL publicly: it may expose a private channel token.

My download is missing

Check the purchase email, including spam, and use receipt lookup. If payment is still processing, wait for confirmation before trying again.

My widget works in the editor but not OBS

Confirm the source is visible and above the intended background in your scene. Use the overlay URL, not the editor URL. Match the Browser Source size to your overlay canvas and test in the active scene.

I need a refund or have a billing issue

Email your order reference, purchase email, and a description of the issue. Do not include full card details. Review the Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights still apply.
