If your widget is not working as described, contact the store with the order reference, product name, streaming platform, and a short explanation. Screenshots and reproduction steps help resolve the issue.
When a refund may apply
Duplicate purchases, missing delivery, or a verified defect that cannot be resolved are eligible for review. A support request is not an automatic refund approval.
Digital delivery
These products are digital downloads. Change-of-mind requests after access or download may be limited where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. The store must publish its response targets before accepting paid orders.
